Get Results or Get Lost!

You will want to read this message slowly and carefully.

Your greatest asset and primary sense of security and freedom extends from your ability to produce results.

As a leader, spouse, teacher, or student we are all responsible for consistent and never ending performance.

As we are now approaching the half-way point of 2010, it’s critical that you examine the results of your performance year to date.

If you have not made as much progress as you had expected, then you must make the necessary changes.

And you need to do it NOW!

There are two reasons for this:

1. Your current plan and behaviors are obviously NOT working and if you continue along as is, you will find yourself in dreadful condition at the end of the year.

2. We live in insanely competitive and highly uncertain times, and unless you can produce consistent results, you will be competitive toast.

I realize that it’s easy for me to say that if you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep getting what you’ve been getting, so just change what you’ve been doing.

And, you know what, that’s exactly what I’m going to tell you to do—JUST CHANGE!

Let me explain myself here on this point…

In order for you to reach optimal performance, you need to understand what you have already accomplished as the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. 

Behavior never lies and by examining your results, 
Your results are a reflection of what you believe to be true about yourself.

Your results tell me how you think.

Your results tell you how you talk about yourself even when no one’s around.

So just what is the Solution

If you want new results, if you want a new reality, there’s only one way—just change!

It’s not that hard either.

Do you remember what you did yesterday?

Well, if you do not like the results you got yesterday then change what you do today!
